Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your conduct when using BaZiWar (the mobile application, baziwar.com, and related services), operated by Ofye Group Inc · Luxey Holdings Inc. App store listings and product development are handled by Luxey Holdings Inc. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

1. General Principle

Use BaZiWar responsibly and lawfully. You are solely responsible for your conduct and for all content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Harass, threaten, stalk, bully, intimidate, defame, or harm any individual or group.
  • Post, transmit, or share content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Enter another person's birth data into Target profiles without a lawful purpose, appropriate authorization, or consent.
  • Use Target profiles or BaZi analyses to harass, coerce, manipulate, blackmail, or harm any person.
  • Impersonate Ofye Group Inc, Luxey Holdings Inc, their employees, partners, or any other person or entity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or underlying infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or attempt to derive source code, algorithms, or data models from the application.
  • Use automated means (bots, crawlers, scripts, scrapers) to access, index, or interact with the Service without our written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service or its networks.
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, trojans, or other malicious code.
  • Circumvent access controls, subscription limits, rate limits, or security features.
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, spam, or unlawful purpose.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law, regulation, or court order.
  • Solicit or facilitate illegal activity, including violence, exploitation, or trafficking.
  • Collect or harvest personal information about other users without their consent.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without authorization.

3. AI & Xia Usage

When using Xia (our AI coaching system), you must not:

  • Submit prompts designed to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to extract system prompts, internal instructions, or proprietary model configurations.
  • Use AI outputs to impersonate professionals (doctors, lawyers, financial advisors) or misrepresent AI content as human professional advice.
  • Submit excessive automated requests that degrade Service performance for other users.

4. Community & Messaging

If you use messaging, community rooms, or social features:

  • Follow in-app Community Guidelines where provided.
  • Do not share others' private messages or personal information without consent.
  • Do not use community features for unsolicited commercial promotion or spam.
  • Report abusive behavior to support@baziwar.com.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor use of the Service. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Remove content that violates this AUP or our Terms.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate accounts.
  • Report illegal activity to law enforcement.
  • Cooperate with legal process and government requests.

We are not liable for any action or inaction regarding monitoring, enforcement, or failure to remove content.

6. Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this AUP, contact support@baziwar.com with relevant details, including usernames, dates, and screenshots where available.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted on baziwar.com with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
