BaZiWar
Child Safety Standards
Effective date: July 16, 2026 · Last updated: July 16, 2026
These are the published standards of BaZiWar against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). BaZiWar is operated by Ofye Group and Luxey Holdings. This page is provided to comply with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy for apps in the Social category.
1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
BaZiWar prohibits all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation, including CSAM, grooming, sexualization of minors, and any attempt to engage a minor in sexual content or conversation. Violations result in immediate permanent ban, content removal, and reporting to relevant authorities (including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or your regional equivalent) where required by law.
2. Age and Eligibility
BaZiWar account eligibility is 13+ (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account or provided personal information, we will delete the account and associated data promptly.
3. Prevention and Detection
- Policies — Prohibitions appear in our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- In-app reporting — Users can report and block posts, profiles, and chats from within the BaZiWar app.
- Moderation — Reports are reviewed; CSAM and credible threats receive immediate enforcement without a strike ladder.
- Not an adult platform — Sexual and pornographic content is not permitted on BaZiWar.
4. How to Report Child Safety Concerns
- In-app — Use Report on any message, post, profile, or room. Non-emergency reports are reviewed promptly (target within 24 hours). Suspected CSAM is escalated immediately.
- Email — safety@baziwar.com or support@baziwar.com
- Authorities — Anyone who encounters CSAM should also report to NCMEC (US) or their national hotline / law enforcement.
5. Response to Confirmed CSAM
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM, BaZiWar will remove the content, disable the responsible account(s), preserve evidence as required by law, and report to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
