California Privacy Rights
CCPA / CPRA Notice

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and describes privacy rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA"). BaZiWar is operated by Ofye Group Inc · Luxey Holdings Inc. App store listings and product development are handled by Luxey Holdings Inc.
1. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information:

2. Sources of Personal Information
- Directly from you when you create an account, enter birth data, use Xia, or contact support.
- Automatically when you use the Service (device and usage data).
- From payment processors (Apple, Google, Stripe) for subscription verification.
3. Business Purposes for Collection and Use
- Provide and operate the Service, including BaZi charts, Xia BaZiWar Coach, and subscriptions.
- Authenticate users and maintain account security.
- Process payments and manage billing.
- Improve, debug, and secure the Service.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (often called "sharing" under CPRA).
We disclose personal information to service providers (such as Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe, Apple, Google, Cloudflare, and Resend) solely to operate the Service on our behalf, under contractual obligations that limit their use of your data.
5. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:
- Right to Know — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, business purposes, and categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — request that we limit use of sensitive personal information to purposes permitted by CPRA.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing — because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, no opt-out mechanism is required. If our practices change, we will update this notice and provide an opt-out method.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
6. How to Submit a Request

Include your full name, the email address associated with your BaZiWar account, and the specific right(s) you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request. If we need more time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you in writing.
7. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written proof of authorization and we may require you to verify your identity directly.
8. Shine the Light / California Civil Code § 1798.83
California residents may request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
