Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. BaZiWar subscriptions provide immediate access to digital content and features. Except where required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, unused time, or change of mind.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how paid plans, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests work for BaZiWar, operated by Ofye Group Inc · Luxey Holdings Inc. App store listings are by Luxey Holdings Inc. Web subscription payments are processed by Ofye Group Inc through Stripe, Inc. This policy supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription Plans
BaZiWar offers Free, Pro, Advanced, and Advanced War tiers. Feature access varies by plan and may change as the product evolves. Current plan details and pricing are shown in the app under Settings → Subscription, at baziwar.com/plans, and at checkout.
2. How You Are Billed
Depending on how you subscribe, payment is processed by one of the following:
- Apple App Store — iOS in-app purchases and subscriptions billed to your Apple ID.
- Google Play — Android in-app purchases and subscriptions billed to your Google account.
- Stripe (web) — subscriptions purchased at baziwar.com, billed by Stripe. Charges may appear as Luxey Holdings Inc, Ofye Group Inc, or BaZiWar on your statement.
We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Payment data is handled by Apple, Google, or Stripe according to their respective privacy and security policies.
3. Automatic Renewal
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) unless cancelled before renewal.
- For Apple or Google subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
- For Stripe web subscriptions, cancel through the customer portal link in your receipt email or by contacting support@baziwar.com.
- Price changes take effect at the start of the next renewal period after notice, where required by applicable law or platform policy.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. After cancellation, paid-tier access continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your BaZiWar account.
Important: Deleting your BaZiWar account does not automatically cancel an active App Store, Google Play, or Stripe subscription. You must cancel billing separately through the platform where you subscribed.
5. Refund Policy — All Sales Final
Because BaZiWar delivers digital goods and services that are available immediately upon purchase, all sales are final unless a refund is expressly required by applicable law or granted at our sole discretion in limited circumstances described below.
- Apple / Google purchases — refunds are governed exclusively by Apple or Google refund policies. Contact Apple or Google support for App Store or Play Store billing disputes. Ofye Group Inc · Luxey Holdings Inc cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google.
- Stripe (web) purchases — refund requests may be submitted to support@baziwar.com within 14 days of purchase with your account email and transaction details. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed. We generally do not refund unused subscription time, partial billing periods, or purchases made after substantial use of paid features.
- Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute improper chargebacks.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law (for example, certain mandatory cooling-off periods where required by law).
6. Free Trials and Promotions
If a free trial or promotional offer is available, terms will be shown at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may convert to a paid plan and you may be charged according to the displayed price. Promotional pricing applies only as stated at checkout.
7. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, your plan may be downgraded or suspended until payment succeeds. We may retry billing according to the payment processor's rules.
8. Taxes
Prices may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Apple, Google, or Stripe may collect and remit taxes where required.
9. Billing Records
We may retain billing and transaction records as required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, even after account deletion.
