Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice

This notice describes ownership and permitted use of intellectual property related to BaZiWar, operated by Ofye Group Inc · Luxey Holdings Inc. Product development and app store listings are handled by Luxey Holdings Inc. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Company Ownership

The Service and all Company Content — including software, source code, algorithms, chart engines, strategic overlay systems, user interface design, graphics, logos, icons, text, audio, video, documentation, and the "BaZiWar," "Xia," and related trade names — are owned by Luxey Holdings Inc or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in this notice or our Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in Company Content except the limited license to use the Service as permitted by our Terms.

2. Trademarks

"BaZiWar," the BaZiWar logo, "Xia," and related marks are trademarks or service marks of Luxey Holdings Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent, except as necessary to refer to the Service in a factual, non-misleading manner.

3. Your Content & Birth Data

  • Your birth data — we do not claim ownership of your personal birth information or BaZi chart data derived from it. Your chart belongs to you.
  • User-generated content — you retain ownership of original content you create (messages, mission notes, personal posts). By submitting content to the Service, you grant Luxey Holdings Inc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, display, reproduce, adapt, and deliver that content solely to operate and improve the Service. This license does not grant us the right to sell your content to third parties.

4. Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted, you may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from Company Content.
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  • Extract data, scrape content, or use automated tools to harvest Service outputs at scale.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to discover underlying algorithms or source code.
  • Use Company Content to train competing AI models or build competing products without authorization.

5. Third-Party Content

The Service may include third-party content, open-source components, or links to external sites. Third-party materials are subject to their own licenses and terms. BaZi (Four Pillars) is a traditional system in the public domain of ideas; our specific implementations, interpretations, software, and presentation are proprietary.

6. DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice

Luxey Holdings Inc respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to our designated agent with:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it within the Service.
  4. Your contact information (address, phone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and terminate repeat infringers' accounts where appropriate.

7. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the DMCA agent above including the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We may restore content if appropriate under the DMCA.
