App store listings and product development are handled by Luxey Holdings Inc. It supplements our Terms of Service. By using BaZiWar, you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer.

1. BaZi & Metaphysical Content

BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny) is a traditional Chinese metaphysical and philosophical framework. BaZiWar uses this system to generate symbolic charts, interpretive readings, element analyses, luck pillars, strategic overlays, and related content.

• BaZi is not a scientifically validated predictive system.
• Readings and interpretations are symbolic and illustrative, not factual predictions or guarantees of future outcomes.
• Any correlation between BaZi content and real-world events does not imply causation or validate the system.
• We make no claims about the spiritual accuracy, metaphysical validity, or cosmic truth of any content in the Service.
• BaZiWar does not represent, endorse, or promote any religion or spiritual doctrine as factual or superior to others.

2. Not Medical or Health Advice

6. Artificial Intelligence (Xia) Limitations

BaZiWar uses artificial intelligence (including OpenAI models) to power Xia, our chart-aware coaching system. AI-generated content:

• May be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, biased, or entirely wrong.
• Is generated probabilistically and does not reflect verified facts or professional human judgment.
• Should not be treated as authoritative guidance for any life, health, legal, or financial decision.
• May occasionally produce offensive, inappropriate, or nonsensical outputs despite safeguards.

7. Target Profiles

The Target profile feature allows you to enter birth data for other individuals. You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate consent and for how you use Target analyses. Ofye Group Inc · Luxey Holdings Inc are not responsible for harm arising from your use of Target profiles or outputs derived from them.

8. Community & User Content

Messages, posts, and opinions shared by other users do not reflect the views of Ofye Group Inc or Luxey Holdings Inc. We do not endorse user-generated content and are not responsible for conduct or statements by other users.
